DEAD RABBIT COCKTAIL RECIPE
Ingredients
  • 1.5oz Dead Rabbit Irish Whiskey
  • Dash of Peychaud's Bitters
  • Top with tonic water
  • Crack of Sea Salt

Preparation
  • Build the drink in a highball glass over ice
  • Add whiskey, bitters and top with tonic
  • Add a crack of sea salt and stir
  • Garnish with a hefty orange wedge

BLOOM COCKTAIL RECIPE
Ingredients
  • 1.5oz BLOOM London Dry Gin
  • 0.5oz Lime Juice
  • Ginger Ale
  • Pomegranate Seeds

Preparation
  • Add your pomegranate seeds into an ice filled tumbler
  • Pour in the first two ingredients
  • Top with ginger ale


The DAB
(Dubliner, Apple, Bitters)
DUBLINER COCKTAIL RECIPE
Ingredients
  • 1.5 oz. Dubliner Irish Whiskey
  • 1 lime wedge
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters
  • Top with apple juice

Preparation
  • Add whiskey and apple juice to a rocks glass and fill with ice
  • Stir gently to mix
  • Squeeze the lime wedge and add to the drink
