A rebate is a partial refund offered after you purchase a product or service. You pay the full price upfront and then submit a request to receive money back.
For PayPal and Venmo, approved rebates are typically sent within 24 to 48 hours after submission.
For checks by mail, payments are processed in batches and mailed on the 1st and 15th of each month.
Rebate submissions may be denied for the following reasons:
Out of Date Submission
Your receipt was submitted after the allowed submission period (10-day grace period), or the purchase date falls outside the campaign period.
Duplicate Submission
The same receipt or purchase was submitted previously.
No Rebate Brands
The receipt does not show any qualifying rebate products.
Multiple Receipts
More than one receipt was submitted. Please note that only one receipt is allowed per submission.
One Receipt per Person
Each person may only submit one receipt per campaign, if stated in the campaign rules. This limit applies to the entire campaign period.
Missing Fields
Your submission is missing required information. This may include the store name or location or the qualifying brands purchased, which must be clearly visible on the receipt.
Incorrect State
The store’s state is not eligible for the rebate.
Non-Itemized Receipt
The receipt does not clearly show product details, prices, or the purchased product.
Rebate Limit Reached
You have already reached the maximum number of rebates allowed for a campaign.
Invalid Image Attachment
The uploaded file is not a valid receipt. This includes random photos, unrelated images, or files that cannot be recognized as a proper receipt.
Insufficient Quantity
The quantity of the purchased product does not meet the minimum required for the rebate. For example, if the rebate offer requires at least two bottles, fewer than two will result in denial.
Bottle Image
Only a photo of the bottle was submitted. To qualify, you must upload a valid receipt, not the product image.
Incorrect Bottle Size
The bottle size does not match the campaign requirements.
Incorrect Bottle Flavor
The flavor purchased is not eligible for rebate.
Unclear Image Attachment
The uploaded image is blurry, dark, cropped, or unreadable.
A valid receipt is required for all submissions. Unfortunately, claims without proof of purchase cannot be approved. However, most stores allow customers to request a reprinted copy of their receipt, which you may use for submission.
If you submit an incorrect or invalid receipt, your submission may be denied. Please contact our support as soon as possible and provide the correct receipt to resolve the issue.
If you entered incorrect PayPal, Venmo, or mailing address information, your rebate may be delayed or not delivered. Please contact our support as soon as possible with your correct details so you can be assisted.
Must be 21 years or older.
Must purchase the qualifying product within the campaign period.
Must purchase the product in a store located in a participating state.
Must meet any additional campaign-specific requirements.

Yes. We provide an additional 10-day grace period after the campaign deadline to submit receipts. Please note: the purchase date must still be within the campaign period to qualify for the rebate.

The submission portal only displays eligible states for the campaign. If you purchased the product in a different state from your state of residence, your resident state may not appear as an option. In this case, you may submit your receipt through app.textrabates.com
Yes. You may receive rebates for multiple campaigns if qualifying brands from different offers are purchased on the same receipt, provided all campaign requirements are met.
Some campaigns may include a maximum rebate, such as one rebate per person or a maximum amount per receipt (e.g., $24). All applicable rules and conditions are outlined in the rebate terms. Unless specifically stated, there are no limits.
